We are based in the Central Texas area and Palacios, Texas. Our goal is to establish an Animal Welfare Children’s Education Center that provides a haven for abandoned or stray animals, ensuring they have opportunities for adoption rather than euthanasia. This initiative also creates a unique opportunity to educate the next generation about responsible pet ownership and animal welfare.

Texas, despite its size and resources, lags behind other states in implementing widespread no-kill practices. By promoting humane alternatives to euthanasia, increasing community engagement, and enhancing education, we aim to bridge that gap and serve as a model for other regions across the state.

We are a recognized 501 (c) 3 organization, our Tax ID is 99-4165582.

Mission

Our mission is to ensure every cat and dog has a safe, happy, and healthy life through direct animal care and community engagement programs focused on promoting animal welfare and fostering a thriving, compassionate community.

VISION 2025 AND THE FUTURE DIRECTION OF OUR ORGANATION

The Organization is a 100% volunteer-driven effort dedicated to animal welfare, community education, and promoting the vital connection between land and wildlife. This year, we are focused on helping a community rebuild their animal center while expanding our efforts from the Texas Coast to Central Texas. We promote humane alternatives to euthanasia, enhance education, and increase community engagement. Through grants, public awareness, fundraising, and educational programs, we work to ensure every dog and cat lives a safe, happy, and healthy life while fostering a culture of empathy and responsibility for a brighter future.

We are starting to roll out our programs this year that focus on connecting the community to animal welfare initiatives. Please feel free to volunteer for any of these programs below.
