HOW THE REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM WORKS

STEP 1 - PICK UP VOUCHER & GET APPROVED

Email baps.nonprofit@gmail.com before scheduling your appointment. You must receive approval before visiting the veterinarian. Expenses incurred before approval are not eligible for reimbursement. Email your voucher and request to: baps.nonprofit@gmail.com

STEP 2 - SCHEDULE SURGERY

After approval, schedule your cat's routine spay or neuter with the licensed veterinarian of your choice.

STEP 3 - COMPLETE THE SURGERY

Pay your veterinarian and keep your paid, itemized invoice as proof of the spay/neuter procedure.

STEP 4 - SUBMIT FOR REIMBURSEMENT

Email your documentation within 30 days of surgery.

Eligible expenses will be reimbursed up to $170 per cat after eligibility and documentation are verified. Please allow up to 3 weeks for reimbursement processing.

PROGRAM LIMITATIONS

This program covers routine feline spay and neuter procedures only, with reimbursement of up to $170 per eligible cat, including eligible spay/neuter-related expenses such as required rabies vaccination costs associated with the procedure.

The following are not eligible for reimbursement:

• Services unrelated to a routine spay or neuter surgery

• Expenses exceeding $170 per cat
