The Cat Lounge, launched in partnership with the Palacios Community Hub, is a community- based program where adoptable cats are integrated into literacy, early childhood learning, and wellness activities. This welcoming “third space” (outside of home and work) allows residents of all ages to read, learn, attend educational activities, and interact with adoptable cats in a calm, supportive environment.
